You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process, as these may be subject to standard return procedures upon delivery.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. If you received a discount on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid. For items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use, we may deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item's value.
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again. Some financial institutions require additional processing time before posting the refund to your account.
If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your credit card company or payment provider, as they may require additional time to finalize the transaction.
